Album Info:Here are 16 original photos of Pennsylvania Railroad oil- and diesel-electric locomotives. The photographer's name(s) are not recorded. The negatives for these photos came from the estate of Mr. Roy Healey, a railfan who lived in California. I purchased all of them in a single eBay auction during February of 2018.

Both are AS-16M's built by the American Locomotive Company and rated at 1,600 horsepower each. #8817 was built in November of 1951 and retired in October of 1967, while #8820 was built in November of 1951 but went on to serve with the Penn Central.
