| Album Info: | In the summer of 1998, NYS&W Steam Locomotive #142 was up in Vermont for the filming of Cider House Rules. Before heading back to home territory, it ran a passenger excursion from Rutland to Whitehall, NY and back. An interesting aside about the movie: It was based on the book by John Irving, and he makes a cameo appearance in the movie as the station master. |
