Nice Burnham, Wms & Co (Baldwin) builder's photo of the 1906 4-4-2 Atlantic style steam locomotive built for the Chicago & Alton. Specs - E2 class, 80" drivers, 200 psi boiler pressure, 20x28" cylinders, modest engine weight of 185,000 lb, modest tractive effort of 23,000 lb. Eventually superheated by C&A in 1920.
