| Heading back into town I could hear the Decatur Local putting the last few touches on their train before departing south. However, they had to wait on the yard job to finish working the GM transload. Over an hour later, and even the crew toning up the yard job telling them "wed like to depart soon", the train was given the go-ahead out of the yard just after sunset. I actually had given up on them, but I heard them get their permission from the yard job to come on down right as I was approaching the Marion Center Road exit on I469, so it was an easy trot back to the Adams Center Road crossing to grab one shot of it passing the last few standing codeline polls. |
