Gib marked the slide NEW so I would suppose these cars have just been delivered. I wonder how that happened; did they use an adapter coupler or ship them on flatcars? This car lasted a little over two years before being destroyed at Gary, Indiana in a head-on collision with Nippon Sharyo 26 on January 21, 1985. |
