UP 0-6-0 Class S-6 4466         
Union Pacific Railroad Class S-6 (cabside Class S-51) 4466 at Grand Island, Nebraska on an unknown day in November 1963, Kodachrome by Dick Rumbolz, Chuck Zeiler collection. According to utahrails.net, number 4466 was built by Lima in October 1920 (c/n 6003) as a coal burner, was assigned as the Cheyenne shop switcher until it was moved to Grand Island, Nebraska sometime before April 1960; retired at Grand Island in July 1962 and held for historical purposes; donated to Railway & Locomotive Historical Society; moved to California in May 1973; donated to California Railroad Museum, Sacramento, California, in June 1978; restored to service in 1984, with partial support of UP; out of service since 1999 awaiting extensive boiler repairs.
