Photo Caption: "Thanks to her saddle tank, Number 436 can share the Harrisburg turntable with a 'dead' M1a charge." #436 is a B-8A (0-6-0) switcher built in Juniata as a B-8 during August of 1912, rebuilt as a B-8A tank engine in June of 1924, and retired in October of 1956 after 44 years of faithful service. |
