Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #3843, a K-4S (4-6-2) "Pacific" built in Juniata during March of 1923 and retired in October of 1955 after 32 years of faithful service. Partially visible on the right is the heavyweight Pullman car named "Tolstoi." #1 of 5. |
