| This a view of a fence at the CNS&M Highwood Shops with numerous cars visible behind shortly after abandonment. Its hard to see, but "NORTH SHORE LINE" is still barely visible painted in large letters on the fence. Some word or words preceded this, but I dont know what they were. Perhaps "RIDE THE NORTH SHORE LINE" as C&NW trains passed right by that fence. |
