SWISS fire and rescue trains  Contributor's Pick!
All cab cabins are pressure-tight and have a breathing air supply that creates an overpressure. In the cabs of the equipment vehicle and the tank unit (which are back to back as seen in the picture), a control panel for the fire extinguishing technology is additionally installed. The 4-unit trains have an extra rescue unit at the end for tunnel operation. Each of it can take up to 60 people or 40 and 6 on strechers. It has connections for the supply of medical oxygen to patients.
