A Bald Eagle flies over the old N&W (current NS) Trestle over the James River on the Roanoke District. The CSX James River Subdivision lies under the trestle and it follows the James River to Newport News, Virginia. The trestle was completed in 1915 by the Virginia Bridge and Iron Company of Roanoke, Virginia.
