Here is a photo via Joseph Lavelle that was taken near Patterson, New Jersey, c. 1918. Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #396, a B-4A (0-6-0) switcher built in the Altoona Machine Shops during June of 1895 and sold to Passaic Structural Steel in February of 1918. The photographer's name and the exact date are not recorded. Williams Collection.
