On this snowy winter day, Western Maryland sister GP40-2's units #4354 & 4357 take the siding while in the distance "cousin" B&O GP40-2 #4348 leads a freight train on the mainline near Enoal, PA. Western Maryland GP40-2 # 4354 was built by EMD in 1979. It was renumbered WM 6253 and then CSX 6926. From the photos in the RRPA database, it was still on the CSX working roster in 2022. This is a photo taken by rail fan Frank Spieles and is now part of my rr collection. |
