Here is a photo of Pennsylvania Railroad engine #8261, a B-3 (0-6-0) switcher built by the Allegheny Locomotive Company as Pittsburgh, Cincinnati, Chicago, & St. Louis Railway number "261" during 1889, acquired by the PRR and renumbered "8261" in 1902, later renumbered "18261," and retired in 1918 after 29 years of faithful service. The photographer's name, the exact date, and the location are not recorded. Williams Collection. |
