RI 4168
Title:  RI 4168
Description:  Reports show RI 4168 being traded back to EMD in July 1976. But here it is in late August, MU line connected, between two operating U-boats. Is it about to make its final run to EMD under its own power? Just another one of those never to be solved Rock Island mysteries.
